The client is a public sector organization operating in the healthcare and public health research sector. The initiative focused on addressing gaps in sexual health support by developing a digital intervention designed to be effective, accessible, and sustainable.
The project aimed to support individuals through different stages of a preventive healthcare journey using a mobile application, with a focus on education, engagement before in-person testing, and continued support after testing.

Challenge
The client identified a critical gap in healthcare delivery. Solution
Radiant Digital partnered with the client to design and develop a mobile application to support and test a digital health intervention focused on improving sexual health outcomes. Leveraging its healthcare domain expertise and user-centered delivery approach, Radiant Digital worked closely with research stakeholders and program teams to translate intervention workflows into an intuitive digital journey.
The application was designed to guide participants through different stages of the intervention, both before in-person testing and participants tested negatively and agreed to begin preventive care. The solution incorporated interactive components developed through iterative feedback processes to ensure relevance and usability.
The mobile platform created a connected digital experience that delivered educational content, motivational messages, medication reminders, and access to relevant services. This structured approach helped support participant engagement and continuity throughout the intervention program.
