One of our telecom clients asked us to establish a fully equipped, offsite facility and staff a team of 40 to support the development and ongoing management of a new voice portal.


We recruited and built a team to support the 3-year initiative with Java developers, VXML programmers, Genesys call routing/management specialists, Oracle DBAs, PMs, BAs, WebLogic developers and consultants with unique skill sets in voice portal and speech recognition tools such as IBM Nuance.


The office was set up and the team was fully staffed in 2 months. Our flexibility and responsiveness allowed us to help our client achieve significant cost control, while providing them the technical expertise required to meet the business objectives.
